RetroCOD, Inc. provides amateur home movie content in an effort to preserve, and provide access to, our collective cultural history and heritage. Users may view or download digitized 8mm and 16mm home movie clips from the 1920s, 1930s, 1940s, 1950s, 1960s and 1970s. Searchable metadata enables efficient access to the clips based on topics of interest. Clips may be either sequenced to produce movies for download, or clips may be downloaded individually. Prior to download, clips are formatted to meet user specified size and format requirements. Formats supported include AVI, F4V, MOV, MP4 and WMV.
