One of the two brothers charged in a police shootout in Wilmington, Ohio was in court today. The judge asked Chevie Kehoe which attorney he wants to represent him.
A judge wants more time to decide whether to appoint a new lawyer for one of two brothers accused of shooting at Ohio Police officers last February in Wilmington, Ohio. (TAKE VIDEO) Attorneys met with the judge this morning in Wilmington, about whether 24-year old Chevie Kehoe should be appointed a new lawyer to defend him. Earl Moore of Dayton wants to represent Kehoe ... but the judge wants another hearing on Friday, before making a decision. Kehoe is one of the two brothers charged in a shootout last February, that was caught on a video tape camera in a police car. Chevie and Cheyne Kehoe escaped after the shootout in Ohio. Chevie was arrested in Utah on June 17th, one day after his brother surrendered in his home state of Washington.
