Video Description More than a week after the deadly and destructive tornado that struck St. Peter, Minnesota and the town of Comfrey, Mn., people are getting their first checks of tornado relief. St. Peter was one of the towns hit hardest...and that's where the Small Business Administration was handing out checks to the first people approved for low-interest disaster loans. Some of these checks were as big as 10-thousdand dollars...and they made quite an impact.
