Script LEAD: LAWSUITS HAVE BEEN FILED IN CONNECTION WITH THE PLANE CRASH THAT KILLED POP SINGER AALIYAH. TWO OF THE FAMILIES THAT LOST LOVED ONES IN THE TRAGEDY HAVE FILED WRONGFUL DEATH SUITS AGAINST HER RECORD LABEL. THE SINGER, HER CREW AND THE PLANE'S PILOT WERE WERE ALL KILLED IN THE BAHAMAS IN AUGUST OF LAST YEAR. AN INVESTIGATION INDICATED THAT THE CRASH WAS CAUSED BY THE PLANE BEING OVERLOADED. THE CREW HAD JUST WRAPPED UP FILMING A MUSIC VIDEO. AALIYAH WAS NOMINATED FOR TWO GRAMMY AWARDS AND CAN BE SCENE IN THE CURRENT MOVIE "QUEEN OF THE DAMNED." SCRIPT: (SOT- "They are filing a lawsuit on behalf of two victims of a horrible tragedy that occurred August 25, 20001 in the Bahamas.") ERIC FOREMAN AND ANTHONY DODD WERE HAIRSTYLISTS FOR AALIYAH AND DIED IN THE CRASH. FOREMAN'S BROTHER, CHARLES HENDERSON SAYS HIS FAMILY CONTINUES TO DEAL WITH A GREAT SENSE OF LOSS.
